These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Pixel Perfect PCs. By using our website, requesting service, purchasing products, or submitting equipment to us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Pixel Perfect PCs provides services including but not limited to:

Hardware installation and upgrades

Operating system installation and troubleshooting

Virus and malware removal

Data transfer services

Custom gaming PC builds

General technical support
All services are subject to availability.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Any estimate provided is based on the information available at the time of inspection.
Additional issues discovered during diagnostics or repair may result in revised pricing. Customers will be notified before additional billable work is performed whenever reasonably possible.
Diagnostic fees may apply even if repair service is declined.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pixel Perfect PCs reserves the right to withhold release of equipment until all balances are paid in full.
Returned checks, chargebacks, or fraudulent payment disputes may result in additional fees and legal action.
4. Data Backup & Liability
Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data before service.
Pixel Perfect PCs is not liable for:

Data loss

Software corruption
-
Operating system issues
-
Hardware failure
-
Lost files
-
Loss of business or income
-
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Customers acknowledge that repairs and upgrades may involve risks that cannot be fully eliminated.
5. Limited Warranty
Labor Warranty
Pixel Perfect PCs provides a 30-day labor warranty on repair labor performed by our technicians.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship only.
The labor warranty does not cover:

Customer-caused damage

Physical damage
-
Liquid damage
-
Electrical surges
-
Malware or virus infections after service
-
Software installed or modified by the customer or third parties

New unrelated hardware or software failures
-
Manufacturer defects
-
Consumable parts
Warranty service is limited to correction of the original repair issue.
Hardware & Parts Warranty
New hardware and replacement parts may carry manufacturer warranties separate from Pixel Perfect PCs. Warranty claims for manufacturer defects may require dealing directly with the manufacturer.
Used or refurbished parts may carry limited or no warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Custom Gaming PC Builds
Custom-built PCs are assembled based on customer-selected or approved components.
Pixel Perfect PCs is not responsible for:

Manufacturer delays

Part shortages
-
Compatibility issues caused by customer-requested parts
-
Software incompatibility
-
Game performance expectations
-
Third-party software issues
Performance can vary based on software configuration, updates, internet connection, and game optimization.
Any estimated completion dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
7. Abandoned Property Policy
Customers must retrieve completed devices or property within 30 days of notification that service is complete.
Notification may be provided by phone call, voicemail, text message, email, invoice notice, or other reasonable communication method.
Devices, parts, or other property left unclaimed for more than 30 days may be considered abandoned.
Pixel Perfect PCs reserves the right, where permitted by law, to:

Charge storage fees

Sell abandoned property
-
Recycle abandoned property
-
Dispose of abandoned property
Any proceeds may be applied toward unpaid balances, storage fees, or disposal costs.
We are not responsible for data remaining on abandoned devices.
8. Device Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
Customers acknowledge that devices submitted for service may already contain pre-existing issues or damage.
Pixel Perfect PCs is not responsible for worsening conditions resulting from:

Prior improper repairs

Manufacturer defects
-
Corrosion
-
Fragile or failing hardware
-
Age-related component failure
9. Software Licensing
Customers are responsible for maintaining valid software licenses.
Pixel Perfect PCs will not knowingly install pirated, unauthorized, or illegal software.
10. Remote Services
Remote support services may require temporary remote access to customer systems.
Customers are responsible for supervising remote sessions and terminating access when service is complete.
11. Website Use
Users agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

Use the website for illegal activity

Submit malicious code or harmful content

Copy or redistribute website content without permission
All website content, logos, branding, and graphics remain property of Pixel Perfect PCs unless otherwise stated.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Perfect PCs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, website, or products.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
13. Right to Refuse Service
Pixel Perfect PCs reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason permitted by law, including suspected fraud, abusive behavior, unsafe equipment, or illegal content.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal disputes arising from services provided by Pixel Perfect PCs shall be handled in the appropriate courts located within the State of West Virginia.
15. Changes to Terms
Pixel Perfect PCs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
